THE SHARE AND THE SHARE CAPITAL
The nominal amount of the share capital in Fluidra comes to one hundred and twelve million, six hundred and twenty-nine thousand and seventy euros (112,629,070 €), represented by one hundred and twelve million, six hundred and twenty-nine thousand and seventy euros (112,629,070 €) shares, with a face value of one euro (1 €) each, all from the same series and class, fully subscribed and paid up and offering the same political and financial rights.
The shares of the Company are listed on the Stock Exchanges of Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia and are included in the Spanish Stock Exchange Interconnection System (“Mercado Continuo”) .
