Fluidra has defined a comprehensive strategy to continue with the effective management of problems arising from potential customer complaints or claims, and to drive product compliance and safety requirements in new product development. In addition to reviewing and onboarding these concerns, the Product Safety Committee focuses on risk management in the development process to guarantee that safe products are released to market. The Committee is also responsible for the Product Compliance and Safety policies and procedures.
