The city of Turkistan (Kazakhstan) is being completely renovated with new commercial areas, residential areas, universities, homes, hotels, etc. Just a short walk away from the Kongress-Khol of Turkistan is the Boulevard, a wide promenade surrounded by leisure spaces that includes dry fountains that cool the environment during the day and recreate colorful water features at night.
