Here, members can enjoy moments of rest and revitalisation in a tastefully designed environment.Fluidra has collaborated with Inner Flow Studio & Spa to create a wellness area that embodies its purpose: to be an optimal space for training, wellness and high performance. The design enhances mind and body in harmony, aligning with the transformative lifestyle proposed by the studio.The Inner Flow Studio is uniquely designed with state-of-the-art facilities including a Yoga Shala, an indoor gym, a meditation bubble, our flow cycle room, a backyard box for strength and boot camps, a functional Spa with our signature spa treatments, an innovative Bio Lab, and the wonderful Barceloneta outdoors.The wellness area developed by Fluidra is a functional spa integrated into a holistic ecosystem. Designed to induce the Flow State, it combines technology, conscious design and functionality.The space includes: Hydrotherapy and active recovery circuits Technological pools for muscle regeneration Sensory solutions (chromotherapy, thermal contrasts) Silent areas for disconnection and mental recoveryThe spa reflects Inner Flow's holistic DNA and its pillars: Inner Growth, Nutrition, Movement and Recovery.
