    Astralpool Singapore supplies the water facilities for the luxurious Shangri-La Boracay Resort & Spa in the Philippines.
    The Shangri-La Boracay Resort and Spa is located on the island of Boracay, one of the most popular destinations for tourists visiting the Philippines. Nestled in a sheltered bay on Boracay’s pristine northern coastline, this resort exudes tropical island luxury. It has 219 rooms and villas showcasing contemporary style, enriched with Filipino touches. The resort’s layout offers spectacular vistas of lush green scenery and azure ocean views from every vantage point. Two secluded white beaches, Punta Bunga and Banyugan Beach, are idyllic hideaways where guests can relax or enjoy a variety of fun water sports. The resort also has one of the country's large naturalistic swimming pools, set amidst lush landscaped gardens and water fountains. Chi, The Spa at Shangri-La, is designed to be a sanctuary within the resort.
    Description of Fluidra's scope
    The 25 swimming pools for the private villas, the two central swimming pools, the children’s pool and massage pool were all completed by AstralPool Singapore. The Fluidra subsidiary was also responsible for installing the saunas, steam baths and water cascades that complement the resort’s range of water facilities and equipment. All swimming pools in the resort are equipped with water purifying systems through salt chlorinators and automatic pH control, allowing AstralPool to provide its customers with a product that meets the highest quality standards, in keeping with the luxurious surroundings of the hotels. To resume, these are the facilities developed by Fluidra at the Shangri-La Boracay Resort & Spa: - 25 swimming pools of between 25 and 50 m3 for the villa rooms - 2 central swimming pools of 1,126 m3 and 90 m3 - 1 children’s swimming pool of 338 m3 - 1 massage pool of 45 m3 - 10 fish tanks - 2 saunas - 12 steam baths - 3 water cascades
