Fluidra consolidates its headquarters with 4,500 m2 in Grupo Catalana Occidente's Catalana Parc

After a search lasting several months, the leading company in the swimming pool and wellness equipment sector has found its ideal location and has rented a building for its corporate headquarters in this business park in Sant Cugat del Vallès.

In its new offices, Fluidra will adapt to the new times by applying the "Smart working" hybrid working model.

CBRE is advising Fluidra in its new headquarters to design and put in place a new working model according to the needs of its employees.
Fluidra, global leader in the swimming pool and wellness equipment sector, has rented a 4,480 m2 building in the Grupo Catalana Occidente's Catalana Parc business park in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona).
With this lease, Fluidra will bring part of its corporate and sales staff (more than 400 people) to the same headquarters under a new working model adapted to current requirements.
For Eloi Planes, Fluidra's Executive President, "This new location will give us a place to carry on our business more efficiently while adapting to new ways of working. These new facilities will enhance our corporate image and help us simplify processes, increase interpersonal communication, be more sustainable and encourage collaborative, flexible working".

In addition, to set the new working model in motion, CBRE Workplace has developed a consultancy to help define and analyse the needs of all its workers, a 'smart working' model where they can choose between different types of spaces as and when necessary.
Strategic location
Catalana Parc is strategically located in a consolidated, dynamic business park that is headquarters for many companies. It is also well connected with the city of Barcelona as it is located next to the AP7 motorway and the Sant Joan railway station. It has several catering establishments and a 4-star AC hotel in the neighbourhood.
In addition, the six buildings that make up the Catalana Parc complex are state-of-the-art offices with high-level energy efficiency, a car park and garden areas that correspond to the new, more balanced working models to which companies such as Fluidra are openly committed.
