Fluidra divests 100% of its ownership in Togama

Effective May 11 2022, Fluidra completed the divestment of 100% of its ownership in Togama SAU to Ten Oaks Group. Togama, based in Vila-Real, Castellón, is a manufacturer and distributor of ceramic and vitreous products for swimming pool lining, wellness, and interior and exterior decoration.

Togama’s activities were considered non-core to the pool business, and its divestment will have a very marginal impact on the group’s financial statements. To ensure Fluidra’s supply requirements, a supply agreement is in place for a minimum 2-year duration and no business disruptions are anticipated.

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Ten Oaks Group is a family office with a successful global track record dedicated exclusively to investing in corporate divestitures.
