Following the announcement made on 1 April, Fluidra, a global leader in pool and wellness equipment and connected solutions, is pleased to announce the successful completion of its strategic partnership and initial 27% investment in Aiper, a leading player in cordless robotic pool cleaning technology. The approximately $100 million investment was executed through the issuance of new shares in Aiper.

This milestone cements the strategic partnership between the two companies, a collaboration designed to transform the robotic pool-cleaning market. In a second phase, Fluidra plans to increase its interest in Aiper to a majority stake through an investment in cash or in kind. This investment is planned to take place when Aiper reaches certain financial targets.
