S&P raises Fluidra’s ESG score to 79 points, uptwo points from the previous year

• The company is moving closer to achieving its target of an 80-point
rating by 2030
• The agency awarded the highest possible scores for transparency
and reporting in governance; employee development programs in
the social dimension; and energy performance in the
environmental dimension

Fluidra, the global leader in pool and wellness equipment
and connected solutions, achieved an ESG score of 79 out of 100 in the 2026 S&P
Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), two points higher than the
previous year. This new score brings the company closer to its goal of reaching an
80-point rating before 2030 and positions it as a leader in the pool industry.


In governance, Fluidra improved its score by four points to reach 81. Particularly
noteworthy were its results in transparency and reporting (100), business ethics
(98) and supply chain management (90).


In the social pillar, the company also improved by four points, achieving a score of
80 out of 100. Strong performances were recorded in human rights (92), labour
practices (85), the highest score in the industry, and human capital management
(78). Within this category, Fluidra received the highest possible score for employee
development programs, recognizing its commitment to talent through internal
professional development initiatives.


In the environmental dimension, Fluidra maintained the score of 75 achieved in the
previous assessment. Its strongest result was in energy, where it attained the
highest possible score (100), followed by sustainable raw materials (86) and climate
strategy (83), the criterion with the greatest weighting within this area.
Carla Coloma, Global Sustainability Director at Fluidra, stated: “Since the launch of
our ESG master plan, Responsibility Blueprint, we have progressed from a score of
47 in 2020 to 79 points in the latest assessment, placing us just one point away
from our 2030 target. This progress reflects a sustained transformation across the
company, but above all, the commitment of the people who make up Fluidra.

For the fourth consecutive year, Fluidra was included in the Sustainability Yearbook
2026 published by S&P, where the company was recognized as one of the world’s
most sustainable companies, ranking within the Top 10% of the Industrial
Machinery & Electrical Equipment (IEQ) industry based on its score in the 2025 S&P
Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA).
