At Fluidra, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) has become a key element of our ESG strategy.
The basic pillar of people management focuses on equal opportunities between the different groups as a cross-cutting axis throughout the organization. All people, regardless of their gender, race, ethnicity, culture, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion or ideology must have the same opportunities to access the organization, and fair personal treatment as well as to develop their professional potential, following the principles and group values.
That is why Fluidra has deployed a whole series of action plans and specific policies focused on people, with the aim of guiding and directing their actions and conduct. The Human Resources Policy is the reference framework from which more specific guidelines derive, such as the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy.

The main objective of this Policy is to protect our employees from any form of discrimination and guarantee equal access to opportunities and professional participation and promotion within our organization, following the principles and values of the group.
In its firm commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Fluidra has drawn up EMBRACING DIVERSITY, our DEI blueprint for the coming years, which, along with this policy, constitute the pillars, on which DEI bases its strategy and are a sign of the firm commitment of the company with diversity, equity and inclusion.
Our objectives focus on increasing the awareness and training in this matter of all the people who are part of Fluidra as well as to continue promoting an inclusive culture in our organization, while reinforcing the visibility of Fluidra's commitment to DEI and society.
We are convinced that DEI is a strategic asset of the company. Increasing the awareness and commitment of the entire company in this area is key to promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration, as well as an opportunity to improve our performance, continue to grow, attract the best talent, add value to the organization and our clients, while strengthening our commitment to a sustainable future by helping to promote a more egalitarian society.
In relation to Fluidra employees, there is a dedicated equality plan governing the abovementioned policy that promotes equal treatment and opportunities between women and men. The Equality Plan is currently being reviewed to pinpoint new needs and objectives.
