Everybody, regardless of race, gender, religion, or ideology, must have the same opportunities of access to the organization and personal contact to develop their professional potential, following Group principles and values. Fluidra has rolled out a series of dedicated people policies to guide and channel employee actions and conduct. The Human Resources Policy is the frame of reference for the more specific policies.
The main aim of the Equality, Inclusion, and Diversity policy is to ensure that everyone has the same opportunities of access to the organization and to engage in and develop their career, following the principles and values established in the Group.
In relation to Fluidra employees, there is a dedicated equality plan governing the abovementioned policy that promotes equal treatment and opportunities between women and men. The Equality Plan is currently being reviewed to pinpoint new needs and objectives.
