The health, safety, and wellbeing of all the people at Fluidra is a priority for the company. In 2019 we published the new HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Global Policy promoting:
- Initiatives to maintain and improve employee health and wellbeing by, for example, offering smoke-free workplaces worldwide.
- Voluntary programs to adopt a healthy lifestyle through exercise, diet, and regular health checks.
- A safe work environment, developing evaluations and risk analyses of processes and the workplace, providing necessary protection equipment, and running mandatory training sessions on health and safety at work.
- Engaging all employees in the ongoing improvement of the OHS system, meeting their needs and expectations.
