  1. Purposes and legal basis

The personal data received by selecting the options Investor relations, Press, Human Resources or Other, shall be processed for the following purposes:

- Handling and replying to inquiries and questions that may be submitted

- Forwarding your message to the relevant department

The legal basis for processing your data is the consent given by you to do so.

The personal data received by selecting the option Whistleblowing Channel shall be processed for the following purposes:

- Investigating and resolving potential breaches reported

- Monitoring compliance

- Taking internal or legal actions if applicable

The legal basis for processing the data provided by the informant, in addition to the personal data obtained by third parties in the framework of any investigation, is the public interest.

  1. Disclosure of data

Your data shall not be assigned, sold, leased or in any other way whatsoever made available to third parties, except in the case of FLUIDRA's service providers that render certain services to FLUIDRA, but under no circumstances shall they process them for their own ends. Some of these service providers may be based outside of the European Union, as stated in the section “International transfers”.

We may create a profile by analyzing your behavior on the Website in order to display products that may be of interest to you, based on the preferences you have shown from your browsing habits or on information obtained from cookies.

This customization is partially automated, in that FLUIDRA calculates the customization settings, but the technological platform generates the user profile.

  1. International transfers

FLUIDRA, as a company with international outreach, has international service providers that may render their services from outside the EU, as a result of which it is possible that your data may be transferred outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

In any event, FLUIDRA shall ensure that such data processing is protected by the appropriate safeguards, which may include:

  • Standard clauses approved by the EU. These are contractual clauses approved by the European supervisory authority that provide sufficient safeguards to ensure that data processing complies with the requirements established by the European Data Protection Regulation.
  • Third-party certification. Privacy Shield, for example, is a framework agreement between the EU and the United States that establishes the standards for processing data in compliance with the European Data Protection Regulation.

All data that you provide to us shall be processed for the time required to deal with your request or inquiry.

Once the term stated in this section has come to an end, FLUIDRA shall keep your personal data on record duly masked for statistical purposes or market surveys, provided this is possible, or duly locked in order to comply with any legal obligations to which the company is subject.

You may at any time withdraw your consent to your data being processed for any of the above purposes.

You make likewise exercise your rights of data access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing a letter addressed to Avda.
